The NSPE House of Delegates is the body within NSPE responsible for adopting the NSPE vision, mission, and goals, establishing the strategic plan, Code of Ethics, and professional policies under which NSPE operates, electing the NSPE officers and the NSPE Board of Directors and amending the NSPE Bylaws.

The NSPE House of Delegates consists of one member representative from each state and territorial society, one member representative from each of the three interest groups not represented on the Board of Directors, and the voting members of the Board of Directors.
